Short answer: as often as you feel you need to. Tough to say, as everybody's situation is different.



Wax- I'd redo it before it stops beading well. If you wait until a post-wash QD gets streaky you waited too long.



Cleaner- Maybe when you waited too long (as above), before redoing the wax.



Polish- When you have swirls/scratches/other marring.
 
basically the only thing im worried about is if i do it alot will it hurt my car at all



i dont have too much better to do on the weekend days then to make my car look good for weekend nights ;)

I don't think you'll hurt your car unless you're doing something really wrong. If I could, I'd wash it every few days. If you're able to wash once a week, than that's great. Plus washing/cleaning more frequently makes it easier as dirt/grime doesn't build up. I try to do little things whenever possible (time element). I wipe down my dash every day when I get into the car. Wipe down windows every few days.
