How much time?

I have often wondered if it is safe to use a quick detailing spray or something like Duragloss AW immediately after applying a traditional sealant or wax ? Many times there may a light film of wax dust residue or some other light contaminate that needs to be cleaned from the surface before the customer picks up the vehicle a few hours later.

Do you think using these type products will upset the curing of the LSP ? I also really like to apply the Duragloss AW or the CG V7 as an additional gloss enhancer before the customer arrives.

Worst case scenario you lose a little durability from your LSP. If it gets wet before fully curing, it won't last as long on the paint. So instead of it lasting 6 months, it may last 3 months.

I usually take a full weekend on a paint detail with a Friday night drop-off. So Friday night is decon wash and clay. Saturday is polish and seal (BFWD). Sunday (24 hours +/-) is rinseless wash finished with Polymer Spray. The one problem I run into is if I do the Crystal Seal step which would be on Sunday. In that case, I usually have the person come back a day or two later and I do a free rinseless for them...or I'll go to their place and do it.
