how many hours of sleep do you average a night?

when im lucky i will get 7 or 8.. most nigths i get 5 but i toss and turn.. it seams thease days thought i getting less... i got 1 last night.. just couldnt sleep

That sounds like me. I usually start feeling drowsy at 9pm and I'm in bed by 10:30 and barring any "pleasantries" I'm asleep by 11. But I could be up until well after midnight and still get up no later than say, 8-8:30. Normally, I'm up no later than 6:30am.



I used to work the night shift at UPS, so I never really had a normal sleep schedule. Which is probably why I still wake up during the night now and can be fully alert. But I've always been one of those weirdo morning people.

Same here... sucks getting older!

I typically don't go to sleep until 11-12. Some nights I get 9-10 hours of sleep but most times I get 7-8.

i here ya! sometimes i can be dead tired, and then all of a sudden have a burst of energy...
