How loud is your PC?

I just received my PC 7424 from Coastal Tool. I plugged it in and turned it on and it sounds sort of weird. Almost like a clanking sound on the first speed, but it almost goes away at 6. Also, when I shake the PC, I can hear something rattling inside. Is this all normal stuff? I think it might have been damaged in shipping or something.
 
Well, I've noticed that mine makes a "grunt" type noise when you just start it up, but it goes away once it stops trying to accelerate to your selected speed. I guess it sounds like an electric tool while running. :) The thing rattling around in side sounds strange though; really out of the ordinary. ;) Sending it back is a good idea, hopefully they'll take care of it, but just in case you want to get a second opinion before you do so, you might be able to find a fellow autopian with a PC to compare to, or maybe even a store that sells Porter Cable products. I'm betting they could tell you if it is bad...if they would is another story...
