When I say I use 914 alot, That word is a huge understatement to how much I actually use N914, Throughout the course of a detail, I seriously use N914 though out every process, From the washing/decon stages, to doing the interior, Even when I am polishing, N914 is something that I constantly use.

Going through multiple bottles after 1 detail is very common for me. So the need to constantly having to mix-up and re-fill my panel wipe ratio bottle, and waterless wash bottle. So I found a easy way to dispense N914 so I can re-fill with ease.

N914 Dispenser

You might be thinking "Joe, that looks like a shampoo bottle!" Well you are correct!

I found this empty shampoo bottle in my house, and A light-bulb went off.

I first THOROUGHLY cleaned and rinsed the bottle out, After I added a few drops of dish soap to make sure any remaining solution is gone out of the bottle, I also filled the bottle up the water and pumped the sprayer to bleed out the dispenser.

I carefully peeled the old sticker off, and slapped a McKee`s 37 Sticker on it! Just to make it look more official :D

Alright, Let`s see how this thing works!

I like these bottles because they have measurements on the back, (I dont like math) I need to re-fill my Panel Wipe bottle the dilution ratio is 1:8, So I just pumped till I got to the proper 1:8 Line.

Easy Peasy, now just fill with water.

I measured to see how much 1 pump dispenses, It pumps approximately 0.25oz, So all I need to make some waterless wash/clay lube is 1 pump in my 32oz bottle. (makes life easy)

I always keep my dispenser bottle on my work bench, So I can always pump-n-go!

It`s not just good for filling your bottles! I also use it to dispense into my rinseless buckets.

N914 for a rinseless wash is 1:256, So if you are using 2 gal of water, I would pump 4 times, 4 gal of water I would pump 8 times.

This actually saves me from using excess product. You do not have to fill measuring caps and lose product, Or use the Glug-Glug method and use too much!

Ready to rock.

This Dispenser bottle is awesome! I have not had any issues with leaking, I even take it along for mobile jobs. It has made my detailing go alot smoother and more efficient.

Now, If I encouraged you to spill your 90% full Shampoo bottle, I take no liability for your wife yelling at you!

Super great idea, Joe! Maybe you could plant a bug in Nick`s ear to develop a non-reused shampoo bottle type dispenser? ;)

Adam`s sells (or did sell) their soap in pump bottles. It took 4 or so pumps to get 1 oz. It is still a little messy given there is residue on the pump.

Good idea...But a lot of people (including me) have been doing this for years with gallon pumps. But maybe not everyone buys a gallon?

trashmannssd- I too use the Bettix bottles for all sorts of things, including my Rinseless. My conventioanal shampoos are better dispensed via the pumps as my Bettix bottles don`t work all that well with thick viscosities.

SwanicYouth- Heh heh, if it doesn`t come in at least a gallon, I`m not buying (when it comes to shampoos/RW/etc.)
