how hard is honda 1993 paint

from experience, how hard would the factory paint be on a 1993 honda civic? I'm trying to judge whether or not a pc would take car of some swirls, or if a rotary is required.



(i dont have a pc yet, and dont want to waste my money buying one if it wont have any affect, or else ill be doing :waxing: all weekend)

Just wanted to make sure it's not white as it wasn't CC'd back in those days and it's rather difficult to correct. As long as it's original paint, the blue shouldn't be too hard to correct but will take time and the proper process.



While that picture of the white car is nice, I know what 2.5 as a one step really leaves paint looking like. It's not acceptable for *me* as it leaves all kind of hazing when not followed by something else.
 
Hm.. What do you guys think of 1993 Acura dark purple paint? I'll be polishing out our Acura during the summer and I'm looking to figure out which Optimum products I'll be needing.
