How do you know that your a true Detailer at heart?

Here are a few things to check for---


1.you get out of the shower and you dry yourself off with a chamios

2.you have a pet dog or cat named "zaino", "carnuba"or "Meguiar"

3.you put tire dressing on your shoes

4.you have pointed out cars with swirl marks so many times to your family that now they are trained to notice swirl marks on other cars going down the freeway, 60 mph, at night!
 
I'm guilty of all but #2 ..thats is sick..animal cruelty..that's almost as bad as naming your kids after a car or mfg. ie Mercedes , Shelby, Daytona, Seville, ...I've known people with these names

I would say I am guilty of #4 my friends are so sick of me pointing out dirty cars or cars with swirls i thnk they wax there cars before coming over lol... too funny!

Poorboy it could be worse they could have names like GEO, or Yugo...lol:D
 
I have friends that dread me coming near their car. I carry a small green LED with me, and it spots swirls and small scratches like none other.
 
You're a true detailer if you think there should be a law against people who don't take care of their cars buying black or red.
 
I'm even worse...I tell people not to buy Black vehicles or return them after they do buy them...:D
 
Woman I work with just bought a new Mini - red of course, with leather seats to boot. I was getting sick when she was talking about (automatic) car washes and Armor-All for the seats. BTW- I always tell people not to buy red, black or dark blue unless they plan to have their cars professionally detailed.

...I'm broke, dirty and get no respect from people with real jobs.

So I guess I'm detailer.

When you clean the plastic clock on the back of the house because it was dirty
 
Youre a true detailer at hear when you carry glass cleaner, spray wax, QD spray, and microfiber towels in your trunk.

I dont, my 1.23 cu ft. bandpass subwoofer box takes up too much space as is.

And the guys in my car club would never let me live it down if I had that stuff.

Wait a minute! I can get Spray & Wipe and his SSR products and show people my workmanship on the fly. I GOT IT DOWN MWHAHAHAHA!
