How do you guys deal with "girls night out"?

I always wonder what's up when friends and romantic partners don't get along. Usually means that somebody's got some kind of problem. Later it gets pretty obvious when somebody's friends and their spouse have issues- people can start acting one way at home and a different way when they go out. Almost always means trouble's coming down the road.

It's not like your friends can't be of the opposite sex and/or that girls are only for romantic relationships. Gee, don't I sound all [whatever] 
Man is *that* the truth! But I'd make it more like 99.999% of the time. Thank goodness I didn't settle down with somebody too soon. By my mid-twenties I was just sitting there all while my friends got married then divorced, and then remarried and divorced, over and over. They sure weren't having all that much fun, BTW.
Brandon01- At the risk of sounding like an old fart (and a real grade-A jerk), just because you're 18 that doesn't mean you gotta think the way people expect an 18 year old to. The best advice I ever got was always stuff I didn't want to hear. If I'd listened to it I coulda saved myself a lot of grief. I just mean that in a general way.
How do you deal with what other people do? I'd deal with it the same way I'd want *them* to deal with what *I* do.
