yes, I'm aware that you can do some very Minor correction on PPF..
Having had PPF on all my rides, I think/feel that the next car will probably only get PPF on my rocker panels and front clip.
Anything else beyond that kills the aesthetics of the car for me. YMMV and I've have had film done by one of the best on the Northeast coast..
Just curious for all you pro's or PPF owners out there, what's your correction sequence. I try to keep my PPF more waxed than any other part of the cart mainly due to it being hydroscopic and the fact that IMO, all film will yellow over time and it depends on how critical your eye is to these things....
My rockers are trashed on my DD and beyond buffing. On the + side, I know the paint underneath is mint. I'm debating whether to try my hand and DIY on the rockers with the edges tucked...and and calm stable hand holding the Xacto.. I can always let the Venturshield rep do it. The + side with Ventureshield just short of them being optically clear IMO, is that there is a lifetime warranty on the film being yellow. Not sure how the labor works out on a reinstall however.
