How do u get rid of garage paint from hood of truck?

My dad has an old red 84 GMC pickup which has little spots of white paint on it. What can I used to remove these little specs of paint. Looks like residue from painting a garage or something.

you could try claying, polishing, or a decontaminating kit. that's what I would think to do.

Kerosene. Just be sure to wash well, and the re-wax afterwards.
