Sup guys..i am about 15 days i am going to South Carolina to pick up my Steel Gray ///M3 with Nappa Leather (gray). What should i do to the leather to protect it and keep it looking at its best? I ordered a jar of Connolly Hide Food, Should i apply it when i get the car or should i apply a product that protects the leather? Advice please !!

here's what i would do:

Clean the leather with some Lexol, and a soft brush.. then with either some 303 or leather conditioner of your choice (make sure it has UV protection.. check out what Pep Boys, or other auto stores have in terms of leather conditioner) rub the conditioner into the leather with your hands, let it soak in for 5-10 minutes, then with a clean towel, wipe the excess off..

depending if you live in a very hot climate, i would apply some leather conditioner every month or so to keep it supple, and conditioned.

anyone disagree, or have anything to add?

connolly hide food is not good for nappa leather. Get leatherique, Zaino Z10, or pinnacle leather conditioner. All work awesome on non-clearcoated nappa leather.
