how do i get this out on the backside of a wheel?

when I repaint, do you think the factory just primed the inside of the wheel and painted and clearcoated the outside?

Lots of wheels ar like that, even the ones on my Audi S8 just have a gray paint on the backsides with no clear. I wouldn't say it was "primer", but it's crappy stuff that would've died right away if I didn't take good care of it.



If you're refinishing anyhow, sure...do it right with some good paint and/or clear.
