How do I get rid of paint cloudiness??? =(

I was applying a 2nd layer of Klasse SG to my paint today. To my horror, I notice the left front fender had a small patch of cloudiness. How do I get rid of this???



I used Menzerna Final Polish and Klasse AIO before the Klasse SG. Please help! :doh

It's not left over reside. I tried wiping it with EO wet and wipe.

Please excuse my ignorance but what is "ip"?
 
What year car? Original paint? Is it a horizontal surface that turned cloudy? Does it have any definition around the edges?

2003, original, horizontal yes, no definition



I don't have any MenzernaIP. I'm going to try some Final Polish. I'm going to try to get a picture if it doesn't go away.
 
It doesn't look good if the cloudiness remains after repeated attempts with a polish or a wax with cleaners. Sorry to say it could be the paint getting thin.
