How do I do this ? Real polishing :)

....just a random thought but I would think the glare off of some of those polished surfaces would be quite a distraction. Not so much a problem for a trailer queen/show car, but it may be a bit of a nightmare in certain situations if you're planning to take it to the track. ....no?
