How do I Clean a Scratched and Yellowed Convertible Window (plastic)

I did a search and could not find anything definitive.



I am through day 1 on a 2 day detail for a 66 vette that has not been detailed with anything but Dawn and turtle wax for the last 40 years.



The convertible plastic is beginning to yellow and scratch, what can I use (if anything) OTC to remove it?
 
Meguires makes a plastic cleaner and polish just for that. Pep Boys or any part store should have it, if not try Napa or a auto paint supplier. Good luck Joe
 
Thanks for the replies, I picked some up yesterday and will be trying it out next week. Can i apply this with a UDM and a lake country white CCS pad if i need to?
