How could I fix these scratches ! Help

I think it is time for a repaint,

Look in your Yellow Pages either online or the actual book(s), thre are like 5 of them, and perform a search for mobile touch up paint, that will be cheaper than taking it to a body shop.
There is another option, now the guys here are all pretty much perfectionist, thats why they're here! So if you are looking for perfection, then paint is the answer, but if your sister has been driving around with these scratches, then this solution may work. I've tried it on some customers car and it works decently enough. The results are just for the eyeball test, if you don't know its there, you won't see it unless your looking for it type of thing. I'll post pics tomorrow.
Here is what you do,
1. Go get some touch up paint from somewhere, dealer is the best place to get the exact match
2. Go get some painter tape from somewhere. (HD, WM)
3. A small sharp blade (Xacto Knife, razor blade)
4. Clean the area to be treated. (water, soap, water, dry)
5. Cover the scratches and chips with the tape, the trick here is to use a single strip for each scratch, so for the long one, a long strip, for a chip, a small piece.
6. Very carefully and slowly, trace the chips and sratches with the blade through the tape and below the edge of the paint on the scratch side. DO NOT GO DEEP!
7. Pull the outer portion of tape away from the vehicle slowly, leaving the remaining tape in the chip and scratch.
8. Take the touch up paint and slowly cover the tape with the paint. The trick here is to use as little paint as possible, you don't want gravity to start drawing the paint toward the earth, esp since these are vertical surfaces we're talking about.
9. Let dry for 24 hrs and keep dry. Seal or wax by hand. DO NOT USE A MACHINE!
This fix has work very well for me on every day drivers. Autos that are not going to show of course but for those who are cash strapped or not as obssesive about the automobile, it works fine.
I'll post pic tomorrow.

Thanks Everyone for your help. Especially Kayel17 for your detail procedure. It's funny since I did the tape trick to one of my shoes. Some of the ruber threads came off from the rear end of my shoes. So, as a quick fix, I put the white tape on, then use the black marker to cover them. It last for couple days before I bought the new shoes. It did cover nicely.
