i have mickey thompson classic 2 rims on my dodge ram they are oh about a month old at this point and they have water spots on them i cant get off. i have used vinegar which seemsed to remove most of the spots but the heavy ones wont be removed. what a good cleaner to try? i was thinking simple green but that is some strong stuff should i try anything else first?

Nice, I have the Baja's from ARE which are close to the MT II's and like yours mine are polished aluminum. I recently tried Meguiar's NXT Polysh and found it worked very well!

yeah they are great when they are clean. i have been using blue magic aluminum polish which is doing a great job on them. but it is taking about 2 hours a rim to get em cleaned up. is their any safe spray on cleaners that i can agitate with a brush to get them a little more cleaner so i dont have to polish them as much?

Autosolve Metal Polish, made in Germany, is what I recommend.

Unfortunately there is no substitute for "Elbow Grease" IMO, but a good product will speed the process and make the results last longer.
