Nah, it wasn't that one, cause that one doesn't date back to the '80's. It's probably an *old* version of that one, though. Wish I woulda kept the bottle. I do remember it did say "Bees Wax" on the bottle, though.

Now you got me wondering. I'm on a mission to find out now. If it was a Meguiar's wax I know just who would know.

There's a chance that my Dad might still have the bottle at his old house. Next time I'm over there, I'll look for it. His garage is like a detailing product museum. At least, it used to be.... not sure what's left.

I see you have some of the same hobbies I do. I was a private pilot working on my instrument rating until my kids came along, I haven't flown in 5 years and out of my medical 4 years ago. I used to enjoy high end stereo equipment like you (Bryston amps , Casablanca processor, Thiel speakers, etc...) until my kids decided to fry my speakers by cranking their spongebob on them. I had a nice gun collection (Benelli shotguns(ejected to the left), Heckler and Koch and Galil assault rifles, Weatherby 308, about 10 handguns- colt, Beretta, Heckler and Koch, walther, Browning, Sig Sauer.....) until my wife said she was worried that the kids would eventually get into them. Now all I have is the sig Sauer and Beretta handguns. I wanted to know if you are into retrofitting HID lights into cars, golf, tennis, backgammon, chess, poker, euchre. If you are then I got to say, how did you manage to hang to your money to buy vintage?;)

No, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, no. :) As for the Vintage, LOL, that's kind of a long story. But it started with my wife having a baby.... ;)



Fortunately, I don't spend money on flying; they pay *me* to do it, or I'd never be able to even afford Turtle Wax!



The shooting sports have taken a back seat lately, but I'm getting back into it again. That Taurus Judge .410/.45 is gonna be my next gun purchase.



High end stereo equipment is taking a back seat til the kids are raised. You only need to have fingers go through paper cones once to realize it's an up hill battle with kids around. :D

Mine put his toy arrow through the cone shooting at his sister( yeah, he thought it would be cool if he took off the little suction cup off the front of his arrow). I've got to say Thiel is pretty good about fixing their speakers, about $150 per speaker, for any damage. Bryston has 20 years on their warranty, so that has turned out to be a good purchase. I'm now looking at getting a 50" plasma either the panasonic or the pioneer. My wife likes the Sony 52" LCD (hides kids fingerprints really well).:lol I like the idea of the Taurus judge, but I would have to try it out before I would buy one. By the way Wilson combat makes really nice 45's if you were ever looking.

Dang, man, great info! We just got a new Samsung 48" LCD for the same reason... hiding fingerprints. Forehead prints still show up pretty bad, though. A bit of FK1 425 works wonders. :) I've been thinking about putting a layer of Collinite on the plastic frame of the LCD...
