Honda Accord V6

I know the feeling - i just bought a 2007 TL but the b!tch still hauls.



I love the new accord and I was ready to sign but my acura dealer had 1 TL/NAV left and gave me a deal I couldnt pass up.



Good luck with the accord!!! All the hondas we've owened have lasted at least 8 years, and suffered no major problems.

agreed ^ , the only thing i can do without is the side door moldings. a nice little drop, tinted windows, and that thing would be rockin'! :)
 
I really like the look of the new 2 door Accords. Honda has done a nice job designing this model.



Too bad I bought my first and last Honda years ago.
 
I'm a Honda fan and a proud Honda owner, so it pains me to say this:

The interior of the new Accord is really great, but I think the exterior of the new sedan's might be the ugliest design to come from Honda in a long time. I tried and tried to get used to it, but I can't.



They are great cars and are rated highly, but the looks just aren't there anymore.

No HID lamps available? Heinous. The headlights are so big and bulbous, they look like they belong on a Dodge.

The Coupe has some merit, and the one above looks good, but the sedan doesn't look mean, sporty, luxurious, or anything. Just weird. Like it's trying to be too many things at once.



It's probably a great drivers car, but not much of a looker. I'm disappointed in Honda for this current generation Accord.
 
I'm still loving my 2006 Honda Accord, i've owned it since new. I love the way Honda builds their cars.



^^about the HID lights... the stock ones illuminate well... but I do think the TSX HID projector is superior....
 
I've had my 2007 Accord V6 Coupe since Fall of 2006. Has 29,000 miles on it. Car has ran perfectly and I can't say enough about it.



I have two problems I need addressed at the dealer, one is the power seat gears sound stripped and a random light burnt out behind the heated seat controls. Nothing major at all.



I've tracked EVERY fill up, and the car has seen a minimum mpg of 21, and a high of 32mpg. The average is right around 26.5mpg and that's definately a blend of city and highway. So for the power, the car is definately rewarding with the mileage.



I have steel wheels and snow tires (blizzak revos) on it for the winter, and it's a tank!



I've been changing my oil every 7k or so with Mobil 1 and getting the oil tested by Blackstone. Going to do a tranny drain/refill in the spring (I drive the car hard, figure it'll help the auto live longer) as well as new brake rotors/pads all around.

Only on the coupe. I hated the clutch on the Accord. It is the lightest clutch with the least feedback of any car I've driven.
