Holograms with Klasse SG

..a further inspection this morning shows that some haze /bloom has returned , no where near as much as i had but its there if you look

Yikes, you're really having issues with this! I can't recall anybody else ever having it do that so much. I'm starting to wonder if that paint might just not be KSG-friendly...sometimes something that oughta be perfectly fine just doesn't work out that way.

yeah ive used it often on our other 2 cars , ive had the odd random spot where i went to heavy but i can pretty much use it okay now...ive owned klasse for several years now

im going to let it sit for a while , then try one last coat and see if how it goes ,as i really like how durable it can be

Steve, I would highly advise you polish teh paint with something like PC/LC white/M205 then do an IPA wipe down, then apply KSG... I've worked on MANY cars and never had anything close to an issue with KSG... It's not like a carnauba wax which has oils, etc. that something make it haze over many times but you're obviously have trouble with it... what kind of hazing are you seeing? can you take photos of it? KSG shouldn't haze the paint at all, rather leave some streaks if anything.

In any case, as I said, either do it yourself or have someone polish at least a panel and try it again. I'm sure something else is the culprit here...

ps.. I'm uploading the application and removal videos I took last night... internet was way too slow last night and it never finished.

yeah i do plan to try and figure it out lol ...it was freshly pc'with aio that day when i put on the sealant glaze

i doubt i can photograph it , looks like a fine haze similar to if you used a filthy rag and marred the paint , i'll see what i can do

you think a machine buff with aio would deffinetly remove previous waxes ? im confident it should , but im half wondering if theres some remaining wax on there from last time ...iirc it was #26 which doesnt last forever anyway

Not really sure what the deal is here but I know that KSG never once gave me a problem on prepped paint, even if it was just a strong wash to remove wax, clay bar, then KSG... weird

thanks for the video

you use alot more qd than i do , im kinda scared that i will wash off the sg lol

It just looks like a lot because the damp towel is used.. it's about 6-7 sprays on the towel, then 1 on the surface sometimes... this is 1:1 diluted plus QD shouldn't remove LSP anyway haha... I never had an issue regardless of how much QD is used.

I saw your video. Thanks for uploading. BTW, that is really alot of QDing LOL. I use even less than that and I can still remove it. I leave the KSG there for like 30 minutes only, what about you? Also, you didn't post "How to Use KSG". I would appreciate it.

As I said above, the video where I applied it, which is probably more important haha, didn't upload and I'll try again later tonight.

Man KSG beads up sOo NICE! Today it was sprinkling somewhat. After it stopped, as I was driving on the freeway, the beads just flys off because they bead soo tight and soo small. I love this Product! BTW, thats just one coat. :D

I've used it for years, but until I boosted my SG with 'PolyCharger H2O" I found it very easy to take off and work with.
