sip

ip

fp

optimum hyper compound

klasse aio

klasse sg

thanks in advance

You can remove Holograms with a PC on a MB. I would try the FP on white first speed 6 and really work the polish for awhile and make sure its broken down. Most Holograms can be corrected with a finishing polish but not all. If you still see the Holograms try SIP and an orange pad or M105/orange followed up with FP/White. Good Luck

i will thanks for the tip.. i tried the sip on orange and white. but haven't tried the fp yet... maybe thats the key maybe the polish/pad combo is to strong.. the car was buffed with a rotary buy the dealer i bought it from ... it looks like a mix of buffing marks and holograms...

im hoping its not a job for a rotary as i dont own one...

Conan is right, I and many others here routinely effect this type of correction with a PC.

I use a LC's Orange Pads work gr8t with a PC in that you can usually clean that type of stuff up pretty easy. Skip the Compounds as they aren't needed here. Intensive Polish or Final Polish should do the trick.

If your Mercedes is a 2005 or newer, it'll have really hard Ceramiclear clear coat. If your lighter polishes aren't giving you good results, I would use 105 on the orange pad, then follow it up with megs M205 on either ared, blue, or black pad. IP and FP just won't have the chops with a PC to do much on Ceramiclear.

That's almost certainly *not* the case. I sure wouldn't expect Menzerna PF to remove holograms from hard paint via PC, IMO you're gonna need something a *LOT* stronger than that to make any headway.

Using a too-potent combo will just result in new micromarring but would remove the holograms. In fact, that's possibly the sort of progression you'll need to do.

The M105 finishes out quite nicely on hard paint and I've use it via PC to remove holograms (and worse) on very hard clear. I too think you oughta use the M105/orange combo, but again, I wouldn't be surprised if you need to use a *4"* orange pad.
