Just a quick poll to see how many of us hold a washmitt or wear a washmitt while preforming a traditional 2B or rinseless wash.

I`m in the "hold it" camp.
My current favorite for rinseless is the Meg`s or Blackfire MF mitts. I haven`t used my Griot`s mitt yet. It`s thicker than the others, but it`s not white, so it`s more difficult to spot any residual dirt after rinsing. I`m thinking of including a MF Bone sponge in my upcoming order to avoid the cuff.
Any opinions?

Hold it shut at the cuff to retain the shampoo mix that I fill it with, which gradually seeps out adding to the flushing and lubrication provided by the foamgun. When it`s empty I rinse it out and dunk it in the shampoo mix to fill it up again.
When using MF mitts with IUDJ (no foamgun when using the rinseless) I still fill the mitt with solution and hold it shut while whisking it across the panels. But I don`t fill it with as much solution as I`ll swap it for a fresh one before a whole mittful of IUDJ could seep out.
You didn`t give a third option, I do both. If I am in a hurry I hold it. When I am not I wear, use one side on a small area, give my wrist a quick twist and spin it to the other side and do another small area and rinse.
I used to wear it, but one day I slipped and my entire arm (up to my shoulder) fell in. As I struggled to get my arm out, my head started getting hung up in it too. I was rolling all over the driveway with suds flying everywhere hollering for help, but any neighbors that were out just stood there; staring at me.
THEN I woke up. Ever since that bad dream, I`ve held it.....just in case.
