It's too funny. I put on the VMA's for 5 seconds and think, Kayne is going to say something stupid tonight prolly how Obama hates white people or some made up crap and then he runs on stage to interupt a 17 year old girls one moment to shine.

Didn't watch them, and don't know anything about the current MTV or its associated awards show. Didn't watch the show, and coulnd't tell you one song Kayne West sings. But like many saw the unending replays. It was a ridiculous act on Kayne's part, and from the reactions it didn't win him any friends.
As far as that being Taylor Swift's "one moment to shine", please! I only wish that were true. Her talent is entirely overrated. Her songwriting is the same song over and over and over again. She is not country and I don't get what demographic she could possibly appeal to other than the 11-17 year old females, and the 14-16 year old males. Her music has just that much depth.

I've never been a fan of Kanye West. He's always been a complete jackass. How he's popular is beyond me, but then again I don't get todays "Rap" music anyhow. It's just glorified Pop music. Rap died in the early 90s.

He is a jackass as our President said. As far as I am concerned they could of written 1 rap song and that would of covered the genre!
