Hitachi Rotary Loop Handle

Just received my SP18VA from Boss Tools. One question. I was not able to find the loop handle that's shown on the diagram. I was under the impression that it comes with the unit, correct? I have the bolts and nuts though. Is the handle an optional equipment?
 
No..you should have the loop handle....maybe it was not packed in the box..contact seller and let them know....they should send you one
