Hiding your purchases

I usually just try to beat my wife home from work when I know UPS is dropping something off. That way I can get the goodies put away in the garage and out of sight.

If she happens to beat me home and finds the package before me, I will have to listen to the "More stuff for detailing you car?" speech.

Conspiracy theory - I think this thread was started by one of wives to find out where we hide stuff. :devil:

I never have to hide anything. I just tell her I want to order it and as long as it isnt thousands of dollars she has no problem with it.
 
Come on guys, I was expecting to hear about table saws, radial arm saws, flat screens, tractors, golf clubs, kyaks, skis but alas my suspecions are that I am amoung mere amateurs, or perhaps; girlymen :wink:

Am I the only one with large ones, is there not someone else who will put alot of cash down on something, charge the rest and then claim to have gotten a real deal :thumbup:

Of course we all know that the girls NEVER do anything like this-'hi dear how do you like my new earrings, don't they look like real emeralds'?, they look like real emeralds because they ARE real emeralds....... Hell compared to women we are in the minors.

Is there not one amoung us that purchased a d/a on the sly???

If you have to talk it over you don't want it bad enough.....
