Hi Guy's. Can I put P21S over Z2 or Z5? Do I need to?

I just bought a 2008 BMW 335. It's silver and will live outside 50% of the time in Charlotte NC. The trunk, roof, and hood had some acid rain marks that I got 90% out using fusion on foam with my PC.

My main goal is to best avoid paint damage. Of course I am right on it when bird bombs happen but sometimes afternoon rains can't be attended to so I would like to avoid the spotting best I can.

Thanks very much.

I wouldn't bother. I'd use some Z8.

I agree with this suggestion. Z8 would basically have the same durability as the P21S, but it would be easier and quicker to reapply.

Another advantage would be that you could go back to the Z2 or Z5 anytime without having to strip anything off.

Ditto.

You can Z8 a car in under 5 minutes. With times like that, you can do it after each wash and gain a visual enhancement.

Excellent.

I will Z5 it then top periodically with Z8. I've used Z8 in the past when it first came out on another car and it streaks quite a bit, whereas Z6 does not streak.

Any tricks to keeping Z8 from streaking?

Thanks

Cut it with distilled water-10-15% maybe even a bit more.
