He's runs fast when I mention using a waterless wash (S&W) on his black finish. Hopefully folks will give him the confidence to at least try it out!

That should be an easy problem to solve. Give him a sample of your S&W and have him use it in one small area to see the results. If he doesn't like it, no major damage done. If he does like it, you can give him a larger sample.:)

Thanks Jared, truck looks nice. Do you use SW and you like it?

I did use Adam's Detail Spray as a waterless wash, but only if it was slightly dirty. I guess I am just a fan of the two bucket wash. My brother, however, uses S&W more and more, and he really likes it and has no marring.

As far as the truck goes....I sold it this weekend :boohoo , but I have a brand new one to post some pics of as soon as I can get the camera. :) Thanks for the compliment however.

:welcome to DC, Greg!!!

I'm with Charles on getting mgm to try a small area with S & W and show you what a great product it is. You won't believe it 'til you see it!! :)

I'm game to let him sample some.

He'll probably hate it as much as S&R, BnB, and SSS (kidding...) We're about the only (2) in our neighborhood that obsess over clean cars. The neighbors think we're nuts when they see us washing cars in the winter.

Steve is staying out of this one... We've been bugging him to death about getting a hold of some more Spray and Gloss. We tried a sample last weekend, and you would have thought we won the lottery.

I think I need try S&W but I my need to have drink in order to do this. I am waiting for S&G before I wash my car I think because the S&G is the best. I have used different DS and I think the S&G works the best, makes the car feel really slick just the way I like no need to put sealer on every time I wash.I don't if I going to be able to hold out it is low 40's and the dust is driving me crazy.
