Hi all, some Questions for you....

I have 3 cars that I will be attempting to do complete details on this summer.

I have just washed and clayed my 1995 SHO. I has some light scratches/swirls and the like, nothing too serious.

What is the next step? Polish? Will Mezerna Final Polish II be enough? Others? (color is light red and this car is a garage queen with only 57k)

The clay was Amazing BTW, what A difference, being the 1st time I used any!

After the polish step, would AIO be necessary? or could I just go to the LSP with #16/26/NXT?

I also have another '95 Taurus, this one is the daily user with moderate scratches and swirls etc.... and some light oxidation. Product recommendations? Pads? (color is darker red)

And lastly, I have a 1991 Taurus with no clear coat. It has pretty harsh oxidation, but nothing that can't be saved...I hope. (well the color was much more red, but now it has faded alot)

I have a PC 7336SP. What Products * Pads * and * speeds would you all suggest I use? And where are the best places to by pads. And which Products go best with certain pads?

I have yet to use a PC so this I will try on the worst of the cars first.

Being my first post, I know I am considered a newb, but I'm an newb in search of the best products and procedures to make my cars stand out in a crowd.....Yes, even a Taurus can stand out...... lol

Thanks all.

Mothers PowerPolish is pretty good (available at PepBoys)- DACP might be a bit stronger 3M fine cut stronger still-chances are anything that old you won't get everything out especially with a PC

You own 3 red taurus'? that's the strangest thing i've ever heard but each to their own. the sho's were pretty sweet rides. i guess i don't have too much room to talk though, i do have 2 mustangs! :) good luck in your search.

Well, I own the '95 GL and the SHO (it's very nice and fast)

My father owns the '91. Looking to get them all looking as good as possible. And get this...... red is not even my favorite color. .lol.

Anymore expert advise from the forum population?
