Hi Everyone!
I've been lurking for awhile and finally decided to post.
I just purchased a 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata in Velocity Red Mica. It is in alright shape but I can definitely see small scratches all over the car. I see a lot of posts on higher end vehicles, but could anyone give me some info on Mazda paints? Are they easy to correct, hard? Anything in particular that will make life easier, or completely screw things up?
Right now I'm doing everything by hand, just purchased a Gilmour foam gun (still waiting on delivery) and am cleaning out all of the OTC junk that I've accumulated over the years. Like I said, everything right now is by hand and pretty much just using Meguiars OTC three-step with NXT as the final step. Hopefully I'll find some money in the budget for a 7424 or a 7336 if the local Lowe's has them...
Thanks for looking, and any info on that Miata paint would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Frank
