And of course after taking the pics I had to go take her out for some exercise since she had been kooped up in the garage for several days. Nothing like going 110 with the top down!
She looks good but overall I am somewhat disappointed. Especially with the Souveran that I shelled out big $ for. After reading how great it is on red, after I did half of the hood I could not tell any difference between the Souveran side and the SG*2 side. Am I missing something here? To give Souveran its props though, it is amazingly easy to apply and remove and it smells wonderful. But I definately didn't see a miraculous difference that I was expecting, I think I would have been just as well off with my can of Blitz.
I still have some small swirls after #9 with yellow CMA pad on PC, but the swirls aren't bad at all. However, there are a few long straight scratches that I can't feel with my fingernail that are still evident after #9. What do I try next :nixweiss ? I am thinking of stepping up to FI or something like that. Can I just apply to the small area of a scratch, or do I need to apply all over a body panel to retain consistency?
In any case, it will have to wait for a while, my wife is about to kill me for spending a weekend in the garage as it is.
Later! :bounce
