I have finally got of my butt and finished doing my detailing to my standards and took me around 2 days to finish. The thing that bugs me the most is when i felt the paint when it was done, it was smooth ad a baby bottom and nothing was on it. However the day i took it and parked it back in the underground garage, and the next morning the car was dusty and i felt the car, and it felt like i din't even clay it at all. Its all rough again..or is it the dust thats causing it....

don't know i hate to spend another 2 days doing every step again.

Is it from the dust sitting on the car? Did you try to wash the car before feeling it?

If the gritty feeling does not wash off then you have the worst case of fallout contamination I have ever heard of.

It could simply just be dust / contamination. We have a car that happens the same way because of where it's parked during the day. Try washing it first and see if that does the trick.
