Help with Wife's Black GP

My Wife just picked up a 2000 Grand Prix GT (with 3.6 ltr.).

The paint is full of swirls, scratches, ect. I dont have a PC. I do have a WEN Rotory polisher (only have wool pad)

I plan on the following:

1. Dawn wash

2. Clay with Mothers clay

I dont know what to do next.

I have Meguiars #4,7,9 and 3M SMR.

Could I remove the scratches and swirl marks by hand using any of those products?

After it is all cleaned up I plan on using Klasse AIO and SG.

I might top it with S100 but that will be later.

I also have VMW

You need some real polishes instead of all that makeup and lipstick you own.

Go get some Meguiar's #2 Fine Cut or some DACP or the 3M Fine Cut. If the paint is really bad you might want to try that Heavy Cut on a small area to see what it can do. Follow with the #9 or 3M SMR. AIO then SG.

Talk to Luster. He's a black GP stud. He'll set you straight about caring for it! :p
