I'm European so I can't buy a PC 'cause we don't have any Porter-Cable dealers.
So I'm looking for alternative. I've found this Skil sander/polisher:

I'm not sure about the OPM (orbits per minute) on it. In the specs they indicate the MPM (moves per minute) - 7.500 to 12.000. And the orbit diameter is 2.5 milimeters. Anyone can translate how many OPM has it? Maybe divide MPM by Orbit Diameter? So it would be 3000-4800, possible? What OPM range is suitable for detailing?
Another question - is 270 Watt enough?
If not, I could get the more powerful (430W) model:

(Forgot to mention - our voltage is 220V, yours is 110V - does that change anything, device power etc.?)
