I have a new 2003 Quad cab dodge that is white/silver two tone. It has some minor swirl marks that I want to remove (obviously) I am going to purchase a PC and want to know what polishes I need to pick up. Thanks for all the help in advance
Have you had your truck rotary polished before ? I cant imagine you would need a SMR already, it wouldnt seam that youve owned it long enought to have swirl marks already....I'd go with a Mothers 3 step before i hit it with anything else, specially a pc, althought their fairly safe in compitant hands. Start light, 1st cardinal rule of detailing.....
Whites your most swirl mark friendly color, metallic silver is good too....I have a 99 Dodge Cuad, driftwood, and you have to look hard to find swirls or scratches.....
They must have. They are not bad I just hate seeing them on my new ride. I have 3 coats of Z2. I have ordered some Z5 and will put this on after I polish them out. Is there something a little less abrasive someone suggests?
Menzerna Final Polish might be something you want to check into...i havent used it so i cannot vouch for it, do some research. megs #9 is pretty mild so is thier swirl free...
