Help with paint repair and process

I tried posting this on Autopia and got no response, then found this excellent site, which also seems to have many Poorboy's users.So here is the scenario. I have a black 2000 Sierra with numerous hood chips which I have already filled. I am letting the paint cure while I wait for my PC, pads and my Poorboys products to arrive. My questions are;
1. will SSR 2.5 with a cutting pad be sufficient to remove the wet sanding marks.
2. do I have to remove the Zaino that is already on truck before swirl/scratch removal on whole truck with the SSR 2.5 and if so is ISA adequate.
This is my proposed procedure
SSR 2.5 with cutting pad, possibly/if necessary SSR 2.5 with polishing pad, PW professional polish with polishing pad, then Zaino by hand.
All suggestions and comments will be greatly appreciated.

1.) yes ... in fact you might want to try a polishing pad first and if that doesn't work then step up to the cutting pad.
2.) Should have done this prior to paint touch up to ensure proper bonding ... I would think that the polish would remove the Zaino
Once again start out with a polishing pad and then step up only if needed.
I also reccomend wet sanding with 2000 grit wet/ dry paper soaked in water at least 30 minutes before sanding. Use light pressure and take your time!

I did use isopropyl on the chip areas and spot sanded prior to applying the touchup paint, so hopefully it should bond well. Another question I have is, will going from SSR2.5 straight to the Professional Polish provide an adequately swirl free/shiny finish or will I need another step between.
 
Personally I would use SSR 1 first, but try a section without and see how it looks. Every paint is a little different which determines how much extra polishing you need to do. For me though, SSR 1 adds so much shine and depth to the finish that I almost always take the extra time to use it. Good luck
