Will post pics tomorrow when I can get some good sun shots....
As for the questions. Yesterday I spent about 4 1/2 hours polishing my car, 2005.5 Audi A4, Dolphin Grey Metallic.
The car was very swirled when I started and I would say when I finished it looked about 50% better. I was using my PC with IP and Orange pad first. I then switched to the white pad with the Micro Polish, and sealed with the FMJ. It did seem to take out some of the swirling, but I still have some it it, just not as bad, like I said 50%. Do you think I need to try multiple passes with the IP and Orange pad, or move up to a more aggressive pad like the yellow one? I was hoping to get to about 90%, if that is possible with the PC. It was my first time using it, and I did a lot of research before using it, and think it went fairly well. I never really used much pressure on the machine, do you think I need to apply more pressure?
Any help is appreciated. BTW that IP dusted like crazy as well. If I want to attempt this again to try and correct it again will I need to clay again since I put the FMJ on there?
Thanks
Shawn
