Help: Small Tear Drop Shaped Spots on Paint When Washed After a Correction

I recently had my car fully corrected. Clay, 3 step polish and Wolfgang sealant of some sort. About a week later, I washed it using a microfiber mitt, and dried it using an absorber and microfiber towel. When finished, I noticed small tear drop shaped spots on the entire finish about an inch apart.

IT DEFINITELY LOOKED LIKE WAX or something like that. It definitely was not tree sap or any "contaminant" on the paint....it was polish or wax. I used a microfiber and they all came out...but it did require a little bit of elbow grease - meaning they didn't just wipe off with ease, but instead almost needed to be buffed out.
Anyone have any ideas as to what happened, what caused this, and how to prevent it?

I sent you an email on what I did to get this posted. I don't have a clue what the problem was. One line of text made it give me an error message every time I tried to save it. I changed the text slightly and it let me save the message.

Possibly the last polish used might have had some kind of negative effect on the application/curing/bonding of the Wolfgang sealant? Maybe the sealant got wet before the recommended 12-24 hour "no water" time frame?

I Washed the car after I compounded and polsihed the vehicle. Then I applied WGDGPS. I let it sit on the car for about 30 minutes (when it was dry) then I wipe the car off.

The car was washed 3-4 times to make sure I got everything of.

If if was little white specs every where it could be fall out.
