Help on Connolly products!

Hi Everyone,



I need all the info I can get on how to use Connolly Leather Cleaner and Food Hide since it did not come with enough instructions.



Per Connolly,



Use 1 part cleaner and 12 part water.



I fill up the cap with cleaner and dump 12 caps of water.



Then it says after applying the cleaner to clean it again with a nice clean rag damped with water.



I did that.

How long do I have to wait to apply the food hide or conditioner?

Do I have to work it in the leather or just kind of wipe it and let it sit, then buff it later on?

As long as the leather is clean there is no reason to wait to apply a conditioner.



Q: What vehicle's leather are you using Connelly Hide Food on, as most modern vehicle's leather is coated and Connelly leather products are made for un-coated natural hides, their formulation makes it difficult to penetrate a leather (urathene / viynl) coating)

Hi Togwt,



I am using it on an Isuzu Vehicross Leather dyed Black and Red.

I will be using it on a Beige Leather for a Lexus SUV.

Will this product be okay to use? Will it damage the leather?
