Help New Car Smell

its funny your even entertaining that guys request.....if he complains about the new car smell, imagine what else he will complain about down the road, iam sure no other dealer will tolerate this guy...

In the world of sales some will promise about anything to get the sale...problem is in service of the sale...you have to think about that component as well...I have been in the sales field for 30 years and a sales trainer for about 15...I understand what it takes to get the sale but also how to service it once its completed...had this sale person given two thoughts to this he would have asked "is this possible" chances are this customer has made this request to other dealerships and they turned it down...this one took the deal and now have to deliver or pay the price for that by getting a bad reputation mark, no one comes out a winner in situations like this
 
I guess that their are other people out their that dont like that new car smell, because I see a lot of new cars with them little smelly trees in them.

Some of those trees are way to over powering...I know the minute I detail a car and see a green tree its time to step into the forest thats been doused in pine-sol.
