Help my approach-2005 E55 AMG

Tonight I will begin a full detail on a friend's E55 AMG (light blue). It has some light swirls but a pretty decent finish overall. My go-to (only solid choice) at the moment is the IP/FP Menzerna combo that I got with my PC. My questions are:

Will these work even though not technically designed for Cerami-clear? I have a slew of orange and white pads. I also have a brand new bottle of Poli-seal and the thought has crossed my mind to use this in place of the Menz Final Polish. Was thinking this would add the sealant and save some time but I DO love the look of the FP so far. If I stick with FP as my 2nd step, then I had planned to do a coat or two of Opti-seal and wax with either NXT 2.0 liquid OR the new Optimum spray wax that I have.

I'm excited about this detail but a little worried the old Intensive Polish won't 'cut' it...guess I have no choice on that part. The exciting part is I also get to try P21S gel and 303 protectant for the first time.

I think you will be okay, but you will be polishing for a long time with a PC.

I would use Opti-seal over NXT.

Let P21S really dwell on the rims, while you do the interior, its great stuff.

+1 for the P21S. Like Greg said, let it do the work for you. 2-3 mins on the rims, and then agitate....rims will look REALLY good.

I have a black SL55 with the Ceramiclear. The PC and IP is going to take forever to remove swirls from the paint. The 106FF is better suited to this type of clear but even using that the PC is not strong enough to be truly effective. I typically use SIP followed by 106FF on a Flex DA to get the best results.

Yes, plan to work for a long time with the PC and IP. It took me a long time on an S500 I did with SIP/Orange.

dang this is a little dissapointing but like I said the swirls aren't that bad. Hopefully I can expect at least a nice improvement. Would M105/PC work on ceramiclear or is that just a bad idea? I don't have it yet but it is on my list.
