Help me pick the right clay

Michael was thinking 1/2 a case of 6 = 600 gram, $10.50, add in $4.50 or so shipping, makes $15.



Gary, I am willing to ship to Canada. 2 bars, $10, $11.90 to ship to BC, Canada (with delivery confirmation with Global Priority Mail 4-6 day.)



$22.90 US for two 200 gram bars of clay aint so bad.

OK, I ordered a case of the 3M clay on friday, they said it would ship in 24 hours and that they would send me a shipping confirm e-mail. Well it's tuesday and no shipping confirm, so I checked my order and of course......backordered. Called and they said they had no idea when it would be ready.



This is direct from a major manufacturer, how can they be backordered?

I order pinnacle claybar and it came in a can with 3 individualy wrapped claybars. I dont see where you are doubting
 
3M, price $21.31 says 6 cans to the case. WOW thought it was a bargain at 6 cans for $21.31.



I think the price is only for one can, not for a case of 6 (which would put 1200 grams fo clay, or about 44 ounces of clay.)



Pinnacle clay is 6 ounces a can.
 
Well, I knew it was too good to be true!! Got mine last night and and as you said, it's one jar with one 200g bar in it.



When I originally called up 3M to confirm with them, I specifically asked them "When I order this will I be getting 6 jars" to which the sales clone replied an emphatic "Yes sir".



So a slightly perturbed me called said 3M sales and told them about my previous conversation and that the description on the web page was misleading. The new sales clone said "well it's just a description, that's not what it actually is" and that he's "had this issue before". That kind of ticked me off and I probably wasn't very nice to the guy from that point on. I demanded a refund to which I got a 10 minute musak demo and then a kurt response saying that I will get an e-mail form to fill out and then a refund, provided I "donate or destroy" the product.



I don't even want to go into what happened with sending in the refund e-mail.......wierd stuff, lets just say my reply bounced and instead I got an order confirmation for an order I never placed for some guy in texas with all his personal info. Me thinks they are having e-mail server problems. Oh great another call to 3M sales.......



Oh well, chalk up another one for unclear advertising and uninformed sales clones. At least they were nice.
