Help me pick an LSP

I'd make it a choice between 2180 and Natty's, or 2180 and UPP. UPP would probably make a nice "beauty" layer on top of 2180 if you want to go that direction.

BTW, if you're ordering from FK1 consider asking for a sample of 1000P to try out. They send samples on request with orders and you might find you like 1000P for your car. It's nice-looking and very durable. one nice thing about the FK1 line is you can layer any of their products within minutes, they'll cure and crosslink together just fine.

That's not a bad deal if that's the only thing you're buying. It's $17 on the FK1 site and they have a flat $5 shipping charge for any order. If you buy more than one product, that makes their shipping rate more than fair.

Seriously check out the sample kit...it's only a 4 oz bottle of 2180, but it will last you a long time. since the durabilty is good, plus you can try out 425 Quick Detailer and the 2685 Pink Wax (which looks awesome on black). Along with some other good products.

The line up you have seems to be fine. I really don't get why people are saying 2180 is all the durable, it's at just 1 month for me and the horizontals are hardly beading.

Based on some further research i did after this pm, i think i realized that my FPII with my orbital should get rid of the spider webbing and act as a polish, so i really should just need a sealant. I've heard a lot of good things about people using the 4 star UPP as a sealant under the natty's. What are yalls thoughts on this?

UPP will probably interfere with the durability of Natty's and I'm not sure who having it as a base under a conventional wax would add much. UPP is really a last stage product. It is a classic sealant, but many of us like it beause it also gives a deep wet wax-like shine.

How many layers did you apply? From my experience, it really takes 3x of this particular product. The first layer practically soaks into the paint, it takes a lot more product that you would usually think. The second layer is better, but still "soaks in" a fair amount. The third layer goes on more like a "normal" LSP. BTW, there's been a number of discussions here about how beading alone is not an accurate indicator of protection.
