New here, but those from detailuniversity.com will recognize me.



I'm a pro detailer, like many of you. Proud user of Menzerna, Swissvax, Poorboys, and my supercharged :2thumbs: PC.

Yeah, did you do a Tim Taylor on it and add more power?



Actually, hopefully not, his "improvements" usually ended with less than expected results. :eek:
 
Naw, nothing crazy. I know nothing about electrics so I presume there ain't much you can do to boost output power of the actual motor.



Think of it this way, if my PC were a car, I would have removed the stock 17" rims and replaced them with lightweight 13" rims (provided they clear the brakes and all). Less rotational mass (unsprung weight) means the engine has less work to do. So, the car moves that much quicker. Combine it with r-compound tires and you're good to go.



Still, not quite as powerful as a rotary but right now I'm in my comfort zone with it. I don't see any need right now to upgrade to either a rotary or UDM.
