Hi everyone!:wavey

My name is Terri and I am a moderator over at zchickz.com, I have heard nothing but good stuff from Pats300zx about yall. So, I decided to come on over for some learning--I have a 350Z and want to keep her looking brand new. I am also considering showing her this year so I need all the tips I can get. I am sure I will learn a lot from you all.

As you will see it’s a ‘very user friendly’ place, the people on this forum are very knowledgeable, and are more than willing to share their knowledge. And there’s the (Reviews) section that includes the Hall of Fame, where contributing members have posted their evaluation of products.

I live in Wilkins Twp (up the hill from Turtle Creek) for those of you familiar with the area. I work in Blownox on Freeport Road for a construction company, so if you are in the area and see my Z, come and say HI!

PS Being from the South, I just don't get Primanti Bros, what is the deal with FF and slaw on your sandwich??? Everyone raves about it, just looks YECH to me! LOL

My husband has been with Wilkins #1 VFD for 16 years.

He grew up here, I've only been here for a little over 2 years so I really don't know many people round here except his family.

No, my husband does though I think--he's lived in the area his whole life. I am actually looking for someone with some good hook ups for me. The husband isn't too into this car detailing thing, says I am gonna wash the paint right off her! I just order stuff online and have it shipped to me at the office HeeHee! What he doesn't know.......doesn't kill him!
 
lol...well if your looking for car hook up i wouldsay try Speed of Sound. They used to be in monroville but moved to like Butler so. I think Audio Communications might sell parts but im not sure..Theres also a place called pro trucks and image that sells performance parts. Im going there soon to buy some wheels for my car
 
Yeah, I called Speed of Sound like 3 weeks ago to see if they could match a price I got online for some Volk wheels, and he said they couldn't even get close to the price I was quoted. Doug my husband drove by last week and said it was closed. Butler is too far for me to drive just to shop!



Have any information about B&R Speed Supply on Allegheney River Blvd in Penn Hills? I drive by it everyday on the way to work, practically on the corner of Allg'y R. Blvd and Sandy Creek Blvd. I've been wanting to stop in and just say HEY but they close at 5pm I think so I just miss them every day.



I am right across the street from Tower Auto on Freeport, so I am planning on having them put on my new rims when they come. They put my snow tires on for me. They seem to be pretty cool there, plus one of the dudes owns a 350Z too, so I trust them.
 
Ya speed of sound moved like in the fall. If you would of went there at that time you might have been able to get the wheels at a good price because everything was on sale. They told me before they moved they were considering/planing on opening another one closer. I got some subs there and the amps and custom install was like 2k. Audio Comm. Also over charges. They all do. I would of done it myself but i needed some custom work done. I know the son of the guy who owns Pro Trucks. Im going there this weekend so he can hopefully hook me up with a good price.



Sorry but i dont know too much about B&R Speed Supply. I want a new intake so i will just end up ordering it from SLP and install it myself. I supose you can stop in and see what they are all about.
