Hello everyone from Lancaster, Pa! :wavey I've been lurking on this forum for a short time and I felt it was time to sign up and give you guy's some props!

I've always been interested in car detailing, started when my parents made me wash their windows and it grew from there.

I did my first real detail last year when I got my current car, a silver Saturn L200 and I was impressed by the results, did the wifeys car next, black Ford Focus and wasn't so impressed due to the ungodly amount of swirls!

My favorite products are from Meguiar's and I can't wait for warm weather to come around so that I can put my new found knowladge to the test.

1. How did you wind up at Autopia? I found this site thru Meguiar's Online

2. What do you like most about detailing? It relaxes me, plus the way a car can be turned around from dirty to sexy!

3. What are your favorite products/processes and why? I like Meg's and thier 5 step process, it seems to be working for me!

4. What's your dream car and why? I have a few, '67 Mustang GT500, '78 Mustang II (nostalgia, parents owned one when I was a kid), '03 Evo VIII MR, Saturn Sky.

5. What's the best thing you learned on Autopia? Still Learning.

6. What are some of your other hobbies and interests? Movies, Military History, Models, Art, Computer Games.

7. Do you have any pets? If so, types, names, pics. TC the morbidly obese cat, pics to come later!

8. Name three secret techniques that you think you should share to fellow Autopians. No techniques as of yet.

9. Where are you from and where do you live now? Born, raised and live in Lancaster City, Pa....but I've been all over.

10. What was you first car and what got you interested in keeping cars perfect? My parents '78 Mustang II, it was sweet looking until it kept getting hit by drunks and eventually being handed over to my mom.....'nuff said!

11. What motivates you to detail? The ability to take a neglected car and make it beautiful again!

12. Would you ever pay someone else to detail your car? No, why when I can do it myself and if I mess up, there's no one to blame but me.

13. Does detailing run in the family at all, or are you the only normal one? Just me and my old man.

14. What is your favorite part about detailing? Claying, don't know why exactly but it's fun!

15. If detailing is a hobby for you, would you like to do it full time, or do you feel that it would take the fun out of it? I still have a lot to learn but I wouldn't mind doing it if the money is good. Maybe in the future I will start a business, but for now it's baby steps!
