:waxing::waxing:Hey everyone, been lurking around here for around two months now and finally decided to register and join the club. First off i love the information that can be found here. After finding this website i immediately went to O'Reilys and spend about 60 bucks on a microfiber hand mit (broke my arm so one handed washing is a must right now), meguiars gold class wash, nxt wax 2.0, clay kit, wheel brush and pad, etc. You get the point. So i've really tried to up my game for washing mine and the wifes cars.

Anyways, about a month ago i got rid of my 03 g35 coupe, and took my wifes 04 2rd accord. We purchased her a brand new 08 honda fit sport. Which i'm a high performance car guy, but i'm very impressed with the fit. Well less than a week into ownership we wound up getting hit at a gas station and having to get the front fender repainted.

The dealership looks like they did a pretty good job, i mean it was a brand new car so its not like they had to account for faded paint or anything. So it's been two weeks since we've had the car back and i want to keep this car in great pristine condition. I recently purchased a bug scrubber at o'reillys for like 4 bucks and just wanted make sure that this thing won't scratch the paint. I've used it on the accord but it's such a light color silver that it's difficult to tell if it scratches it. So here's a pic of the scrubber and the fit. Appreciate allthe future info guys.

I live in Mt. Washington, just south of louisville down bardstown rd. You wouldn't know if that bug scrubber would be clearcoat safe would you?
