I like the Adams Metal Polishes. They are the same type of chemical polish as the Heavy Metal instead of an abrasive type.

I have used them got it threw a local Les Schwab tire center.....they come in three levels...the green is the one that I used as I remember...products where top quality they did a great job on my aluminum rims...I used a high speed buffer and a cotton bob to achieve the results..here is the rim that I polished out....I later went to Zephyr Pro-40 and still use today...I think its a better line IMO
 
I've seen these sprayers around. I think even Wal-Mart Canada carries them. (Plant department, I think.) I think they are cheaper even without the exchange factored in. Not sure, but possibly around the $10.00 mark.
