Has anyone here heard of "Tomar Industries" which is located in the North Carolina area. I have several customers whose new cars, Ford, Chevrolet and BMW seem to have a really good sealant on them (very long lasting with a good shine). I contacted the dealers and they all said the sealant came from this company. I was just wondering if any of you fellow detailers had any further information on this company? All replies would be appreciated.

hey guys.....Im serious, I agree I looked up on Google also and found info about trains, anyway if anyone comes up with any info it would be appreciated. By the way anyone ever detail a locomotive hahahahahaha.

JGV-

I will take your word about the town of Tomar. I looked up the website, but it's all Spanish to me--

They probley detail those super trains over in Europe and Asia that go 150mph. I would use some kind of Dual Action Dual pad Buffer on a long pole to go all over the place without a latter and have it automatically apply compound from the inside of the pad.

5 bucks says that they only spray it down with a Wash/Wax product and then rinse it clean with distilled water, and leave it to air dry.

Probley thats all they do like most commercial things they just want it to look taken care of not just left to look dirty. Althoug most American Freight trains are terribly dirty and greasy.

Thats because Americans dont even really care. The Europeans dont have the room to hid their trash, so everything has to look super spiffidy clean.

Sorry I can't help you out on that brand of sealant ... Maybe poorboy could help you or dwayne try PM them since nobody else here has heard of them... just a thought good luck;)

Some of the US Frieght trains should be atleast powerwashed with a detergant to get all of that great off the sides and everywhere it would look so much better and professional and looked like they care for the Expensive Equipment but then again they dont really show it off as taggers will most likely tag it all up if nice and clean.
