Ive been researching sites and forums and was wondering what the best kit to restore headlights, just to add I have a air drill from craftsmen, Thanks

i used the 3M kit before. n it was alright... its this thing that has velcro like a backing plate with a armature u put in ur drill.. and different grit sandpapers and one 3000 grit sanding disc... i think its 500 grit, then 800, then 3000 wetsand, then 3m plastic polish... the 3000 grit wetsanding thing fell apart for me the second time i went to use it tho... i just do it by hand now.. i go 800, then 3000, then plast X and it works well. mabye you could use a 500 like in the kit first if needed..

If you're willing to be experimental, you could try Pittmans ALR which seems like the easiest way to restore headlights if it really works. However, there is extreme skepticism of the product from members here, though it seems only 1 person here has actually tried it and got good results on one light but not on another.

I kinda want to try it but I had already fixed my lights with the wolfgang kit so I'll have to wait until it gets bad again.

I always try Plast X first, if that does not work then I try SIP or M105, still not good enough I wet sand from 600 grit up to 2000 then polsih with reg car polishes and seal with FK 1000p
