heres a scratched light im fixing right now . parking lot damage

heres what im using to fix it. heavy compound, polish and sandpaper 600.1,000, 1500,2000 grit also a drill mounted buffing wheel

after the 2,000 grit

and after polishing and a coat of sealer

thanks i think next time i repair something that bad .. i would start with a 400 grit . the 600 took a long time to get out those deep scratches with:bigscream :shift :naughty hone:

Great job Ron, I agree wet sanding the lense is the way to get it off.
